Notice is hereby given that Piano Movers Plus LLC dba Heroes Moving and Storage, 4100 Tomlynn St, Suite D, Richmond, Virginia 23230 (mailing address PO Box 4094, Midlothian, Virginia 23112), has applied for a certificate of fitness that would authorize the transportation of household goods for compensation within Virginia as a household goods carrier.
Any person who wishes to protest this application must send a written statement setting forth (1) a precise statement of the party’s objections to the application being granted, (2) a full and clear statement of the facts that the person is prepared to provide by competent evidence, (3) the case number assigned to the application, and (4) a certification that a copy of the protest was sent to the applicant.
